During the year "Greece - Russia 2016" the Institute of Intercultural Relations, successfully organised a carnival crew to participate on the 12th and 13th of March 2016 in the parades of the International Carnival of Patras, which was attended by huge crowds of residents and visitors. The carnival costumes were based on the universally known Russian painting technique "Gzel" in blue and white which happen to be the Greeks' favourite colours. The crew "Fairytale", consisting of both children and adults, was among the first in the great carnival parade. Their bright costumes attracted the public's attention whose warm response and smiles throughout the procession were the biggest satisfaction for the participants.
